RETURNS & REPAIRS

Most of our bracelets, and some necklaces are repairable at no charge for up to 1 year, please contact us by email and we will take care of you! If you need a custom size, please send your wrist size in inches by adding a note to your order, there is no extra charge for beaded bracelets up to 2". Chain bracelets and necklaces will incur an extra charge.

We also take returns of unworn merchandise within 7 days of delivery, please return unused with tag attached. Please email us for return authorization! jill@souljourneyjewelry.com
